Heskins Glow in the Dark Tape
Glow in the dark products, in a novelty sense, are in abundance, you can look through sites full of novelty glow in the dark items that don't do anything but partially entertain for a bit. At Heskins we have fully utilised glow in the dark photoluminescence into our safety tapes.
For businesses, a power out in the building can cause panic due to people not knowing where vital exit ways are. For night-shift workers, working outside can be a treacherous endeavour due to not being able to see a flight of stairs or a ledge properly. Glow in the dark photoluminescent tape can resolve this issue, by illuminating important walkways and hazards to keep you and your employees safe.
In the first instance, take power outs in buildings, by applying glow in the dark photoluminescent tape to walkways ( possibly on the skirting boards ), and round doorways, you and your employees will be able to calmly and safely exit the building if required.
For night-shift workers who are possibly working outside, applying glow in the dark photoluminescent anti slip tape to stairways and ledges, not only highlights the routes and hazards, but also provides a non slip surface to keep you and your emplyees safe in more hazardous conditions. Plain and black and white hazard glow in the dark anti slip tape are available for these purposes.
The way the glow in the dark tape works, is through the photons in the tape, which absorb natural or artificial light, with a charge time of between 30 minutes and two hours, in a lights out situation the tape will then discharge this stored energy, to cause the tape to glow and highlight your way.
All the materials used to manufacture these products are non-toxic and free from phosphourous or radioactive ingredients.
