Reel Shark Tuna
Would this be a setup be good for, Yellowtail, Bluefin, Yellowfin, White sea bass, swordfish, and sharks?

I have a Daiwa Sealine 600H and a Daiwa VIP tuna stick (40-130 pounds 5'6" XXheavy) the reel holds 520yds of 40#test, would this rig be able to handle all the species listed above?

I would use heavier line on that combination, probably nothing lighter than 60# and not over 100#. When matching line to the rod you should always try to fish in the middle of the rod rating, which is why I recommend 60-100#. This rod and reel would make a good trolling set up for the Tuna and Shark, and handle them easily. I have no comment on Swordfish, as they are rarely caught on rod and reel. For White Seabass you are way too heavy, they have a soft mouth so you want a rod with a softer tip and don't need heavy line. 30# works great.

If you want a good all purpose utility rod try something in the 20-50# class in either a 61/2 or 7' and fish 25-40# line. There are many rods available in this range. Try to get a reel that will load 250-300 yards of the line you want, again several good choices out there.
