Forbes Riley has been given the title of "America's Fitness Innovator" for her dedication and passion for finding unique ways for people through exercise and proper food to get and stay in shape. Her newest product, the Spin Gym, is no exception as you will see, as we do a Spin Gym Review of the product and see exactly what makes it work. In this day and age of huge stainless exercise machines that weigh a ton it's unique to say the least to find a fitness machine that you can carry with you in your pocket or purse. It's so light weight that you can take it with you where ever you go. Not only can you take it with you but you can use it just about anywhere.
Waiting to see the Doctor, between sales calls or stuck in traffic you can pull out the SpinGym and exercise for health or to relieve the tension. The exercise guru's are now suggesting that instead of long runs or strenuous exercise for long periods of time you exercise hard for 5 minutes and then let your heart rate go down to normal and the do another set for 5 minutes stop and let the heart rate go back. This especially helps your heart.
This type of strenuous exercise is what the SpinGym excels in. Between appointments at the office schedule in 5 minutes with this versatile exercise machine and you'll eliminate that mid day drowsiness and keep your body looking good.
Most of the infomercials for Forbes Riley's Spin Gym feature the exercise for the arms but it does a lot more than just tone the arms. It comes with an optional DVD called "Cardio and More" that takes the type of exercise to new levels.
Because of it's small size a number of people criticize it as being an exercise toy. Nothing could be farther from the truth. This little,light weight exercise machine can do more for your body than most of those heavy, stainless steel machine costing many thousands of dollars and yet you can take it with you. Exercise when you want, where you want and yet it cost less than a monthly membership at your gym.
When I do reviews I always try to point out the bad as well as the good of any product. The bad points are that you won't be able to show off at the gym if you have the time to go to the gym. If you took the spin Gym to the gym they would probably laugh at you for not being serious about exercise, but then the last laugh would be on them when they see your tight, toned body after a few weeks with the spinGym.
Sometime great things do come in small packages!
