If my flight arrives at JFK international airport in NYC, what is the best way to get from there to Philly ?
I usually reserve megabus to go between Philly and NYC, but i cannot predict reliably when to make a reservation (flight delays and other factors)...is it possible to arrive at either Penn station or Central station and buy a ticket to philly on the spot and ride the train right there ? Or should i reserve amtrack/megabus in advance ?
I'd appreciate any piece of advice on the matter,

Option #1 is great, but Amtrak is too expensive. Instead, take the Airtrain to terminal 4. From there get the Q3 bus. Take that to 179 street (it's a long ride). Take the Manhattan bound F train to East Broadway. Walk down East Broadway until you see the Manhattan Bridge (the big blue bridge). In that area are the Chinatown buses. I think it's $10 one way to Philadelphia. The Chinatown buses take less than 2 hours to reach Philadelphia.
